We all belong to ourselves, each other, and our places. Yet, the privatization of land ownership commodifies the Earth and separates us.
The challenge of our times is to design new systems of stewardship, liberation, and cooperation. As you awaken to this call, you may feel daunted by the limitations of our inherited legal, finance and zoning infrastructure as well as the personal and cultural beliefs that compel humans to create such systems of separation.
I am a real estate professional, a student of the deeply transformational power of place and community, and a dream keeper for the better world we know is possible.

The frontier of community and cooperation is expanding exponentially as we realize that we must live as if we are all in this together. Because we are. As life on earth becomes more precarious, the survival response within us grows and we are called to change the foundation of how we live. Because we must. It is a natural and life affirming impulse to fix what is broken about our neighborhoods. To mend the torn fabric of our communities. To tend to the life giving energy of the planet.
Our systems are in need of a major evolutionary upgrade. Groups of people are banding together, hell bent on hacking a failing infrastructure and creating a truly connected life. The institutionalization of private ownership is a human created conundrum and we can fix it.
